Ciasto biszkoptowe z jabłkami (lub gruszkami).
Składniki:
6 twardych, kwaśnych jabłek,sok z 1 cytryny,
6 jajek,
1 szklanka mąki pszennej,
1 szklanka cukru,
1 płaska łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia,
1 cukier waniliowy,
tłuszcz do wysmarowania formy,
bułka tarta do wysypania formy
Wykonanie:
Umyć jabłka i obrać ze skórki. Pokroić na ósemki i usunąć gniazda nasienne. Skropić sokiemz cytryny, by jabłka nie ściemniały.
Mąkę wymieszać z cukrem, wanilią i proszkiem do pieczenia. Tortownicę posmarować masłem i posypać tartą bułką.
Jajka utrzeć z cukrem mikserem na białą, puszystą masę. Dodać wcześniej przygotowaną mąkę i wymieszać delikatnie i dokładnie tak, by wszystkie składniki się połączyły w jednolitą masę.
Ułożyć w tortownicy jabłka, zalać ciastem biszkoptowym i wstawić do piekarnika nagrzanego do
190 stopni na około 30-40 minut.
Podawać biszkopt posypany cukrem pudrem wymieszanym z odrobiną cynamonu.
Rada: jabłka mogą być zastąpione twardymi gruszkami.

Cukru mozna dodac mniej. Jak na moj gust to wystarczyloby 3/4 szklanki.
